Return & Refund Policy

Standard Products (Non-Personalized Items)

1. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Custom or Personalized Products

1. Due to the unique nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns for personalized items unless:

1. The item is defective,

2. The item was damaged during delivery,

3. The product does not match the confirmed order details (e.g., wrong design, wrong item).

2. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
